Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions

1. The potential customer accepts without any reservation and is aware that the legal, civil, economic, and fiscal relationship arising from the purchase of this product is to be understood as existing between the private buyer and the manufacturing/distributing company of the product.
2. The potential customer is aware, informed, and conscious that truehealforce, economically, legally, fiscally, and juridically, is only an external company operating in the online marketing sector. By virtue of its corporate purpose, it may choose to manage advertising campaigns for goods or services produced/distributed/marketed by manufacturing/distributing/commercial companies that choose to promote their products/services through affiliate networks, to which truehealforce may also be temporarily affiliated.

In other words, truehealforce selects products/services present in various affiliate networks, studies their brand, and independently implements—at its own expense—an online marketing strategy using different channels available through the network (e.g., e-commerce, eBay, social networks, etc.) in order to generate useful contacts (potential customers/leads) who show interest in the products/services. It connects such potential customers with the manufacturing/distributing/commercial companies that own the products/services, transferring data and any payments through specific contact forms made available by the affiliate network, which offers—without obligation—to the external affiliate truehealforce the possibility of creating and managing advertising campaigns at its own expense.

3. The potential customer accepts without reservation that the data entered after clicking the purchase button may be used by truehealforce exclusively to be transferred to the manufacturing/distributing/commercial companies through contact forms made available by the affiliate network. Furthermore, the potential customer agrees to receive future communications from truehealforce regarding new commercial offers related to the product.
4. Pre-order
   The potential customer accepts without reservation that by clicking the purchase button/adding a product to the cart, they are simply placing a pre-order with a party responsible for managing advertising campaigns, and not with a merchant or the actual manufacturer/distributor of the product. This is because:

a) Due to the nature of the product, the actual manufacturer/distributor may contact you to ensure that you can actually use the product. Only then will a commercial transaction be finalized between you (consumer/potential customer) and the manufacturer/distributor, and the order will become effective.

b) truehealforce is not a merchant, does not own the product, does not physically possess it, and does not import, ship, or commercially handle in any way the product advertised. Only when your data is in the possession of and used by the manufacturer/distributor, and if the necessary conditions exist (your confirmation of the pre-order), will a commercial transaction be finalized and the order become effective.

5. Guarantees

a) truehealforce guarantees to handle the potential customer’s data and any payments with due diligence from the moment the pre-order is placed until effective transfer to the manufacturer/distributor.

b) Although truehealforce is a marketing company and not a merchant and/or manufacturer/distributor, and has activated the advertisement only to generate a potential customer (lead) and NOT a commercial transaction, it guarantees the potential customer assistance, where possible, in resolving any issues arising with the manufacturer/distributor—without being legally, fiscally, or commercially obligated to do so. Such assistance will consist of facilitating interactions between the potential customer and the company in matters of returns and refunds according to current regulations.

6. This advertisement is addressed exclusively to private individuals and not to companies. truehealforce has no financial or economic relationships with the manufacturing/distributing companies, but only with the affiliate network that provides the offer used to build the advertising campaign. Therefore, invoicing requests from companies may be made exclusively to the manufacturer/distributor during the confirmation call, according to their tax regime, and not to truehealforce.
7. truehealforce does not guarantee that products are shipped from warehouses located in Italy or San Marino, nor that shipment is carried out by specific couriers, but only that delivery times are respected once the pre-order is confirmed and a commercial transaction is concluded.
8. The potential customer accepts without reservation that truehealforce is not fiscally, legally, or civilly responsible for any dispute or issue arising from order confirmation and product use. Any dispute must be addressed to the manufacturer/distributor, whose company details are always shown on the packaging.
9. truehealforce is required to issue refunds only for purchases made via PayPal, and only if the distributor/manufacturer receives the return request within the legal time limits and conditions, and only for sealed products. If the seal is missing, no refund will be issued.
10. truehealforce does not guarantee the truthfulness of information provided by the affiliate network and the distributor/manufacturer, nor compliance with applicable regulations, as it has no obligation as a marketing agency to verify the advertised product.

Product images are supplied by the manufacturer/distributor. Packaging may vary slightly. Product content may differ from the description due to improvements in concentration and ingredients. Information can be requested during the confirmation call.

11. The primary payment method is cash on delivery, after telephone confirmation and receipt of the product. If another payment method is chosen, truehealforce may either refund the customer and transfer the pre-order data to the distributor/manufacturer for cash-on-delivery shipment, or collect the payment and transfer it along with the data through affiliate network forms.
12. truehealforce is not responsible for statements made about the product by any other online company on external or internal webpages.
13. This advertisement does NOT guarantee anything, does NOT promise miracles, and does NOT use deceptive tactics. By clicking purchase and pre-ordering, the potential customer acknowledges they wish to be contacted by the distributor/manufacturer to purchase—after telephone confirmation—a product of their own free will, without any guarantee of results.

Furthermore, truehealforce ADVISES the potential customer to pre-order ONLY if, following medical advice, they are certain they can use the product and that its ingredients may be beneficial. Any doubts, conditions, or disorders should be communicated during the confirmation call.

14. Purchase by minors is prohibited. Purchases by minors may be declared null. However, this does not apply if the minor concealed or falsified their age through deceptive behavior.
15. Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Due to the nature of the pre-order, this period begins from the day the product is received.
16. Shipping times:
    – Pre-orders submitted by 2:00 PM: call within 2 hours; after confirmation, 30 minutes for packaging and courier pickup; delivery in 1–2 business days.
    – Pre-orders submitted after 2:00 PM: call within 12 hours; after confirmation, 30 minutes for packaging and courier pickup; delivery in 1–2 business days.
    Delays due to failure to answer the confirmation call cannot be attributed to truehealforce.
17. Due to the purely advertising nature of the service, any negative feedback for product inefficacy submitted without proof will be reported for removal.
18. truehealforce, the affiliate network, and the distributor/manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the onset of illnesses or physical conditions. The potential customer is advised before pre-ordering to consult their physician to ensure safe use of the product.
19. No term used on any online platform may alter the corporate nature of truehealforce. Even if identified as “seller,” this does not mean it acts as a merchant or engages in direct commercial transactions.

By making a purchase and payment, you accept all the above terms.
