SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order can be shipped to an address of your choice (home, workplace, etc. – not a P.O. box). We usually ship within 24 hours for most items and within approximately 72 hours for specific items. Shipping times are clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Delivery times are generally 2–3 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
As customary, shipments include express service, transportation costs, shipment tracking, and signature upon delivery to ensure the condition of the goods.
We offer free shipping on certain products and paid shipping on other product categories. After placing an order, you will be contacted and informed of the shipping cost.
Returns
To return your product, you must send it to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
